On Mac OS Leopard, getting to new internet connection part is slightly different than what's explained. However, it should be fairly straightforward. Just click on the plus(+) sign at the bottom left.
Also, remember to access advanced settings and send all traffic through the VPN or decide which domains to send through the VPN.
